4. Do you offer alterations?

To ensure the best fit, we do not perform remote alterations. Most formal gowns are designed with extra seam allowance for minor adjustments. We recommend consulting a local professional tailor once your dress arrives.

5. When will my order ship?

Each gown is meticulously handcrafted by our tailors. Please allow a production and processing time of 15 to 30 days before shipment.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your dress leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. You may request changes within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is sent to fulfillment and cannot be modified.

Minor wrinkling is normal. We recommend using a handheld garment steamer on a low setting. Avoid direct contact with a hot iron, especially on delicate fabrics like tulle, organza, or sequins.

11. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Every dress undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipping. However, if you notice a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage so we can resolve it immediately.

12. How should I store my dress after the event?

To preserve the fabric and beadwork, we recommend having the dress professionally dry cleaned. Store it in a breathable garment bag in a cool, dry place—avoid hanging heavy beaded gowns for long periods to prevent stretching.
